DESCRIPTION
The computer may display the following error message in the device manager after resuming from S3 Sleep sate or S4 Hibernate state:
Windows has stopped this device because it reported problems (Code 43)

The Intel Wireless Bluetooth may not display in Device Manager after resuming from Sleep Mode with a Bluetooth mouse and Bluetooth keyboard connected.

RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, perform one of the following appropriate procedures:
Procedure 1: Yellow Exclamation - Error Code 43
  1. Restart the computer and immediately press the F10 key to enter Computer Setup.
  2. Select the Advanced page.
  3. In Built In Device Options, enable Bluetooth Wake from S3.
  4. Save and then exit the BIOS setup.
Procedure 2: Bluetooth Not Displaying in Device Manager
  1. Download and install the appropriate BIOS from the table below.
