HP OMEN 15-ax000 and Pavilion 15-xx000 Notebook PCs - A Noise Is Heard From Speakers When Volume Is Adjusted Rapidly

A noise is heard from the speakers when the volume is adjusted rapidly. A "zizi" sound is heard from the speakers when the issue occurs.
