DESCRIPTION
L'application HP System Software Manager (HP SSM) ne parvient pas à installer le panneau de configuration et le pilote vidéo Intel. Ce problème survient si le processus d'installation de SSM détecte des fichiers laissés au cours des désinstallations précédentes. Aucun message d'erreur n'est affiché. À la fin de l'installation de HP SSM, le pilote n'apparaît pas comme installé.

RÉSOLUTION
Pour résoudre ce problème, suivez l'une des méthodes ci-dessous :
Option 1 : Pour les systèmes d'exploitation 64 bits, supprimez manuellement le fichier igdkmd64.sys.
  1. Rendez-vous dans C:\Windows\system32\drivers.
  2. Repérez et supprimez le fichier igdkmd64.sys.
  3. Utilisez la commande Force pour exécuter SSM.
    C:\ssmfs>ssm c:\ssmfs /a /d /log:c:\ssmfs /f

Option 2 : Pour les systèmes d'exploitation 32 bits, supprimez manuellement le fichier igdkmd32.sys.
  1. Rendez-vous dans C:\Windows\system32\drivers.
  2. Repérez et supprimez le fichier igdkmd32.sys.
  3. Utilisez la commande Force pour exécuter SSM.
    C:\ssmfs>ssm c:\ssmfs /a /d /log:c:\ssmfs /f
