Answer/Solution

1. Print the internal information pages of the plotter.(While pressing the Power button, press the OK button 4 times, now release the keys to obtain the report)
NOTE: Plotter is going to print 2 or 3 pages, it depends if the Plotter has Jet Direct Accessories or not.

2. Check the Second Page: "Ink consumables identification section"
then localize the section, Printheads, row: out of warranty date:

3. If the printheads are expired, they should be replaced.
NOTE: Do not Mix expired consumables with new ones, which can cause electrical failures in the carriage PCA.

4. Once the Printheads are changed and in date, implement the printheads alignment. It could be done by the software or from the front control panel (While still pressing the Power switch, press the OK button 3 times).
Below is the right calibration page with the positive tick, down in the right corner:

5. If the issue persists after the calibrations and test implemented, do not hesitate to contact HP Support.
