Voyager Legend/Voyager Legend UC (B235/b235-m): How to Update the Firmware

Plantronics Hub enables you to update the firmware on your Plantronics Voyager Legend headset.

To install the software:

  1. Download Plantronics HUB from the Poly Support site.

  2. Follow the on-screen prompts to installing the application

To update your headset:

  1. Connect your headset to its USB charging cable and connect the charging cable straight to the PC.

  2. Please launch the Plantronics HUB app.

  3. Click on Notifications on the top of the app.

  4. Click Update.

  5. When prompted, disconnect your headset from the PC.

Note:

If you need to update the firmware on the BT300 adapter, please follow the above steps.
