HP is enhancing the BIOS on the following HP 2020 desktop PCs.

Effective August 04, 2023, HP is enhancing the BIOS on the HP 2020 notebook PCs.

The new software and BIOS updates are available for download from the HP Software and Driver Downloads page after the effective date.

Fixes an issue when the KBC version format does not match in the System Information and Release note.
Enhancement to address security vulnerabilities CVE-2022-40982, CVE-2022-43505, CVE-2022-44611, CVE-2022-29871, CVE-2022-36392.
Adds "Network Boot TFTP Window Size" setting to F10/Public WMI.
Implements new feature to clear password by RTC battery removal and added "Clear BIOS Passwords on RTC Battery Removal" under Security tab in F10.
Integrates Infineon TPM EFI Driver v02.02.3776.00.

HP ProDesk 405 G6 Desktop Mini PC System BIOS has the following enhancements added:

Fixes an issue when the KBC version format does not match in the System Information and Release note.
Adds "Network Boot TFTP Window Size" setting to F10/Public WMI.
Enhancement to address security vulnerabilities CVE-2023-20555.
Implements new feature to clear password by RTC battery removal and added "Clear BIOS Passwords on RTC Battery Removal" under Security tab in F10.
Integrates Infineon TPM EFI Driver v02.02.3776.00.

HP Engage One Pro System BIOS has the following enhancements added:

Fixes black screen issue on 23 inches, under F10, by rolling back GOP driver.
Fixes an issue when the KBC version format does not match in the System Information and Release note.
Adds "Network Boot TFTP Window Size" setting to F10/Public WMI.
Enhancement to address security vulnerabilities CVE-2022-40982, CVE-2022-43505, CVE-2022-44611, CVE-2022-29871, CVE-2022-36392.
