Learn how to find the printer's IP address using the printer control panel.

An Internet Protocol (IP) address is an identification number assigned to the printer when it connects to a network. Find the printer IP address from the control panel menu.

Example of IP Address: 10.10.192.168

Find the printer's IP address

Follow these steps to find the printer's IP address.

Note:

Your printer must be connected to an IP-based network.

  1. From the Home screen on the printer control panel, touch the Menu icon, and then touch Info.

  2. Touch Connectivity.

    The IP address will display on the printer control panel.
