I cannot access my account

If you forgot your password, reset it from the sign-in page.

Go to the account sign-in page:
- Instant Ink for Home / Home Office: Sign into your Instant Ink account (instantink.com)
- Instant Ink for Business with LaserJet 3000/4000 printers: Sign into your Instant Ink for Business account (admin.hpsmart.com)
- HP All-In Plan for Print: Go to the HP Smart website and click Sign In.
If you forgot your password, enter the user name or email for the account, click Next, and then click Forgot your password?. HP sends a password reset email.
If you forgot the user name or email for the account, or still cannot log in, contact HP Instant Ink support.
