Unified cloud communications (UCC) app settings

Ensure that you configure the following settings in a unified cloud communications (UCC) app, such as Zoom.

When you use a UCC app, images and data are compressed because of bandwidth limitations. You cannot use the 4K resolution on the webcam during conferencing, but you can still adjust the webcam resolution from the app settings for optimal picture quality.

For example, in Zoom, you can set the Camera setting to HD, and then select Adjust for low light.

Click Advanced, and then select Optimize video quality with de-noise.
