Use the following procedure to check for a paper jam in Tray 2.
When a jam occurs, the control panel displays an error message (2-line control panels) or an animation (touchscreen control panels) that assists in clearing the jam.

Open Tray 2 and pull it completely out of the printer.Figure : Open and remove Tray 2

Remove any jammed or damaged sheets of paper from the Tray 2 opening.Figure : Remove any jammed paper

note:
When loading paper in the tray, make sure the paper guides are adjusted properly for the size of paper being used.
