1. Lift the cover on the intermediate paper transport unit (IPTU) and clear any jammed paper inside.

2. Close the cover.

2. Lift the inner feeder access, and open the finisher front cover. Turn the knob while the inner feeder is lifted.

3. Remove any jammed paper.

1. Open the booklet maker door.

2. Release the lever.

3. Turn the knob.

4. Remove the jammed paper.

2. Pull out the booklet maker assembly until it stops.

3. Turn the knob to advance the jammed paper.

4. Remove the jammed paper/booklet from the output area.
5. Pull the green tab.

6. Remove the jammed paper.
7. Open the clear plastic door at the left bottom.

8. Remove the jammed paper.

2. Release the lever.

3. Turn the knob.

5. Pull out the booklet maker assembly until it stops.

6. Open the vertical tray by pulling outward on the green tab.

7. Remove the jammed paper.

note:

The "y" and "z" in the 13.63.yz jam error are variables only. In the error code that displays on the printer control panel, these characters will be replaced by other letters and/or numbers.

1. Open the staple cartridge access door.

2. Rotate the lever to the left to release the hooks that secure the inner finisher (they hold the IF in place).

3. Slide the inner finisher partially out.
4. Release the lever to open the right cover on the inner finisher.

5. Lift the inner finisher jam access cover, and then remove any jammed paper inside the rear of the inner finisher.

6. Close the inner finisher jam access cover.
7. Close the inner finisher right cover.
8. Open the output side jam access cover, and then remove any jammed paper.

9. Close the output side jam access cover.
10. Slide the inner finisher in until it clicks into place.
11. Close the staple cartridge access door.
