HP Business PCs and Z Series Workstations - HP is Updating the Video BIOS for NVIDIA NVS 310 Graphics Cards

DETAILS OF CHANGE

Effective September 1, 2013, HP will provide a video BIOS update for the NVIDIA NVS 310 Graphics Card.

The following changes are being made on the graphics card:

Updating video BIOS to 75.19.85.00.03.
Adding alternate source Hynix F die memory.

REASON FOR CHANGE

This update improves assurance of supply by adding an alternate memory source.

IMPACT OF CHANGE

There is no impact to the system. Changes to the system or drivers are not needed as the original driver will recognize video cards with updated firmware. Current owners of NVIDIA NVS 310 Graphics Cards do not need to take any action due to this change.
