HP Designjet 500 and 800 Series Printers - The Printer Stops During Printing and Does Not Finish the Print

When printing a file to an HP Designjet 500 or 800 series printer, the printer stops printing before the file is printed and does not finish the print.

1. Access the printer driver properties.
2. Select the ports tab.
3. Remove the checkmark from the Enable bidirectional support option, and click on Apply, then Ok.
4. Try to print a test page from the driver properties (General tab).
5. If the test page does not print, go to the Contact HP page for further assistance.
