問題可能是由於 Intel Optane 記憶體組態錯誤所造成。按順序執行以下程序以更正組態。如果此操作無法解決問題，或者您無法完成此程序，請與 HP 支援中心連絡，以取得進一步的協助。
附註：「設定」介面在不同的電腦上會有所不同。依照本程序操作時，請參考與您的電腦上看到的畫面相似的圖片。
程序 1：執行診斷排除其他硬碟問題
- 啟動或重新啟動電腦。
- 在啟動期間重複按 F2 直到進入 HP 電腦硬體診斷 UEFI 公用程式為止。
- 選取 元件測試 > 硬碟 > 快速測試。
- 選取磁碟機 C:。
- 按一下 執行一次。

測試完成後，畫面上會顯示結果。
如果磁碟機通過所有測試，請繼續執行 程序 2。
如果磁碟機的所有測試皆失敗，請寫下故障 ID（24 位數代碼）並聯絡 HP 客戶支援，以尋求進一步協助。
程序 2：判斷是否已安裝 Optane 記憶體並正常運作
- 啟動或重新啟動電腦。
- 在啟動期間重複按 F10 鍵直到進入 BIOS 設定公用程式。

瀏覽至下圖所示位置，根據您看到的 BIOS 配置，您會看到：
組態 > UEFI HII 組態 > Intel(R) 快速儲存技術
進階 > Intel(R) 快速儲存技術
如未列出 Intel Optane，則表示電腦沒有 Optane 記憶體，或 Optane 運作不正常且無法偵測到。請聯絡 HP 客戶支援，以尋求進一步協助。
如有列出 Intel Optane，則表示電腦已安裝 Intel Optane 記憶體，且運作正常。繼續執行 程序 3。
程序 3：執行 F11 復原，或使用 HP 復原媒體將系統還原。

重新啟動電腦，然後按下
F11。
如果您無法進入 F11 復原，請使用 HP 隨附的復原媒體 。
