Issue

The product indicates when a toner collection unit is at its estimated end of life. The unit will post messages when the collection kit is almost full, full or past full.

The numerical errors will only appear in the Event Log.

Solution

Replace the toner collection unit.

warning:
Printing past the Replace Toner Collection Unit message is not a recommended option because of the risk of overfilling the toner collection unit, which could result in the need to service the product.

note:
After a toner collection unit has reached its end of life, the HP Premium Protection Warranty on that toner collection unit ends.

HP recommends that customers have replacement supplies available to install when the consumable is past its usable life.
