BESCHREIBUNG
Die folgende Meldung weist auf ein Problem mit der Wiederherstellung von HP Sure Start hin:
HP Sure Start hat eine nicht autorisierte Änderung wichtiger BIOS-Einstellungen erkannt. Diese Einstellungen wurden automatisch wiederhergestellt und es sind keine weiteren Maßnahmen erforderlich. Das wiederholte Auftreten dieses Problems weist auf ein Sicherheitsproblem hin, das nicht ignoriert werden sollte. Weitere Informationen finden Sie im Whitepaper HP Sure Start.
Das Problem betrifft alle Business-Computer mit gängigen BIOS-Produkten mit HP Sure Start Recovery, die wichtige BIOS-Einstellungen und die Funktion Battery Health Manager unterstützen (wenn ein älteres BIOS auf dem Computer installiert ist).

LÖSUNG
Umgehen Sie dieses Problem mit folgenden Schritten und deaktivieren Sie die BIOS-Schutzeinstellungen von Sure Start im HP Computer Setup (F10) im Menü Security (Sicherheit) unter BIOS Sure Start.
  1. Schalten Sie den Computer ein oder starten Sie ihn neu.
  2. Drücken Sie F10, um das BIOS-Setup zu öffnen.
  3. Wählen Sie Security (Sicherheit) aus.
  4. Suchen Sie BIOS Sure Start.
  5. Deaktivieren Sie das Kontrollkästchen Sure Start BIOS Settings Protection (Schutz der BIOS-Einstellungen von Sure Start).
  6. Klicken Sie auf Speichern, um die Änderungen zu speichern und das HP Computer Setup zu verlassen.
Um dieses Problem zu beheben, laden Sie die BIOS-Version vom Oktober 2020 (oder höher), die die Lösung für dieses Problem enthält, herunter und installieren Sie sie.
Hinweis:
Deaktivieren Sie zunächst die Funktion Sure Start BIOS Settings Protection (Schutz der BIOS-Einstellungen von Sure Start) (wie in den Schritten oben erläutert), um das BIOS erfolgreich zu aktualisieren. Stellen Sie auch sicher, dass BitLocker vor dem Fortfahren angehalten wird (wenn BitLocker auf dem Computer aktiviert ist).
Um das BIOS-Update vom Oktober 2020 (oder höher) herunterzuladen und zu installieren, verwenden Sie den folgenden Link: HP Kundensupport – Produkte.
  1. Gehen Sie zu HP Kundensupport – Produkte.
  2. Geben Sie den Produktnamen und die Modellnummer des HP Computers ein.
  3. Klicken Sie auf Suchen.
  4. Wählen Sie Software, Treiber und Firmware aus.
  5. Suchen und erweitern Sie das BIOS.
  6. Laden Sie das neueste BIOS-Update für Ihren Computer herunter und installieren Sie es.
