Learn how to add a watermark to printed pages when printing from macOS. Predefined watermarks are available in the software, or there is an option to create a new watermark.
Follow these steps to add a watermark to printed pages when printing from macOS.
Click the File menu, and then click the Print option.
In the Printer menu, select the printer.
Expand the drop-down list, or click Show Details, and then click the Watermarks menu.
Select the Watermark option.
From the Pages drop-down list, select whether to print the watermark on all pages or on the first page only.
From the Text drop-down list, select one of the predefined watermarks, or select the Custom option, and in the text field, type a message that will display as the watermark on the printed page(s).
Select additional settings for the watermark.
Click the Print button to print the job.
