The following table lists conferencing products tested by HP. Any conferencing product that is not listed in the table was not tested by HP and is not supported by HP for Windows IoT.

Use this information to understand the support definitions of Web Recovery Image and Hardware Not Supported.

Web Recovery Image for HP conferencing products

The following are the support definitions for the Web Recovery Image rating.

  • System Compatibility and Integration Testing (SCIT):

    • Installation of the integrated Web Recovery Image using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool.

  • Critical Issues:

    • HP will fix all critical issues.

    • HP will support base hardware configurations at a minimum (included in above critical issues fixing).

  • Certified Drivers:

    • HP will support the preinstalled apps and certified drivers.

  • Stress Test:

    • HP will perform automated stress testing.

    • HP will perform manual stress testing.

  • Hardware Enabling Issues:

    • HP will fix hardware enabling issues (subject to component providers).

    • HP will document hardware enabling issues via issue tracking system for later documentation.

  • Upgrade:

    • HP will perform upgrade testing.

  • Publications:

    • HP will post whitepapers and product advisories (when appropriate).

Hardware Not Supported definition for HP conferencing products

  • The system has hardware components that do not meet the minimum system requirements of the Windows operating system.
