HP OfficeJet Pro X series, HP PageWide Pro 452, 477 - Retrieving cartridges when the print bar is in the down position

On occasion, when trying to access the cartridges, you might encounter a temporary issue where the print bar is stuck in the down position. When the print bar is in the down position, you will not be able to access the cartridges.

To resolve this issue, manually raise the print bar so that you can access the cartridges.

The following video demonstrates how to manually raise the print bar. Once you have raised the print bar, then you can access and remove the cartridges from the printer.
