To select and change internal margin settings, follow the instructions below:

On the printer's front panel display, highlight the Setup Menu icon, and press Enter.

Using the Arrow keys on the front panel, scroll to Page Format and press Enter.

Scroll to Margins and press Enter.

Scroll to the appropriate margin setting (Extended, Normal, Smaller) and press Enter.
When using smaller margins, the platen needs to be cleaned more often because of ink spray, especially the front wheels on the platen.
note:The new smaller margins are recommended only for CAD line drawings. Using smaller margins on other types of prints can increase the likelihood of printhead crashes, which can cause damage to the printing material being used and the printheads.
