Printer is too cold and needs to warm up.
If the room temperature is below 5°C or the printer was stored in an environment below 5°C, ask the customer to move the printer to a location where the ambient temperature is above 5°C, and then allow a minimum of 4 hours for the printer to warm up. Also, ask the customer to remove all supplies from any cardboard packaging so they can warm up. It can take up to 12 hours for the printer to warm up.
