HP LaserJet Enterprise, HP Officejet Enterprise - 'Address Book' error displayed on control panel (44.01.XX)

Open the Embedded Web Server (EWS) using the device IP address in a web browser. Sign in to the device maybe required to have access to the Digital Send Folder.

To find detailed information about using the HP Embedded Web Server, click the Help link in the upper-right corner of each HP Embedded Web Server page.

Select the Scan/Digital Send folder.

From the Left navigation bar, select Address Book.

Select the Enable Network Contacts (use LDAP server) check box.

Select ADD.

Verify the LDAP settings.

Select the TEST button to verify. Select OK.

If the test fails, verify the settings and retry Test.
