HP LaserJet Enterprise MFP M528, Managed MFP E52645 - 13.B2 jam error in the toner-cartridge area

Use the following procedure to check for paper in all possible jam locations in the toner-cartridge area. When a jam occurs, the control panel displays a message and an animation that assists in clearing the jam.

1. Press the top-cover-release button on the left side of the printer.

2. Open the front door.

3. Remove the toner cartridge.
   Figure : Remove the toner cartridge

   
4. Lift the jam-access cover and slowly remove any jammed paper.

   note:

   Be careful not to tear the paper.

5. Reinsert the toner cartridge.

6. Close the front door.
