HP Smart app – Cannot create Shortcuts with Dropbox or QuickBooks
You are unable to create Shortcuts when turning on Dropbox or QuickBooks on the HP Smart app on Windows devices. After attempting to create a shortcut, one of the following windows displays:

Dropbox: Can't connect to the service or We can't connect to the service you need right now.

QuickBooks: A blank screen without a message.
Use the HP Smart app from your mobile device or Mac to create the shortcut.
