Change or verify your shipping address

Change your shipping address from your HP Instant Ink account page.

  1. Sign into your HP Instant Ink account.

    • If HP Smart is listed at the top of the menu, click HP Instant Ink in the left menu, and then click Plan Overview > Change Shipping Information > Edit Shipping Information.

    • If HP Smart is not listed, click My Account in the left menu, and then click Contact Information > Change Contact Information.

  2. Make any required changes, and then click Save.

    Note:

    Your account can only have one shipping address.

  3. If your ink was shipped to the wrong address, go to HP Instant Ink support for assistance.
