A "49.DE.05 Webkit encountered a fatal error, unable to recover’” error message displays on the control panel of an HP LaserJet Enterprise or an HP PageWide Enterprise printer with an installed software solution, causing the printer to automatically restart or prompts for a restart.
This error message might occur when signing in or signing out using the printer control panel, or performing any jobs such as scan/digital scan or copy jobs, or retrieving pull-print jobs.
