Sprout Pro by HP G2 - WorkTools Input Virtual Keyboard

This information applies to WorkTools Input virtual keyboard included with the Sprout Pro by HP G2.
WorkTools Input is a virtual keyboard app on Sprout.
Recent updates to WorkTools Input
Recent updates to WorkTools Input include a virtual touchpad. This, and other enhancements, are available in Windows 10 Creators Update and Fall Creators Update. Depending on the Windows version on your computer, the updated features may vary. This new update features virtual buttons on the touchmat to toggle on and off the keyboard and the new virtual touchpad.
Using the Input keyboard
WorkTools Input enables a virtual keyboard with palm rejection on the touch mat. This means that when the virtual keyboard is active, everything else on the touch mat is deactivated and touching the touchmat inadvertently does not cause unexpected responses from the keyboard.
To open the virtual keyboard, tap the keyboard button on the Sprout Connector.

With the Input keyboard open you can type your input on Sprout without activating other actions on the touch mat.
Updated features for Input in Windows 10 Creators Update and Fall Creators Update
HP continues to update and enhance the features and functionality of WorkTools Input. The Input virtual keyboard is displayed on the touchmat. Updated features include automatic palm rejection so when using the virtual keyboard or the new touchpad feature, the touchmat is not sensitive to other touching by your hand, fingers, or palm. The keyboard can also be docked so it remains stationary or it can be undocked so you can move it around on the touchmat for your convenience. Some features, such as docking and undocking, might not be available in Creators Update.

You can use two-fingered gestures to navigate with the virtual touchpad, similar to a notebook touchpad.
      note:
When using the touchpad in the updated app, resting the palm or hand on the touchmat might cause the mouse to lose its place. The mouse might jump to the touchmat instead of remaining on the monitor.
