HP LaserJet Enterprise, HP PageWide Enterprise - A "57.00.xx Error" message displays on the printer control panel

A "57.00.xx Error. To continue turn off then on" message displays on the printer control panel.

This type of error indicates that there is an issue with one of the fans inside the printer. The digits in place of the "xx" at the end of the error code indicate the particular fan that is affected.

Try the following steps to resolve this issue:

1. Press the Power button on the front of the printer to turn it off, and then wait 10 seconds.
2. Press the Power button again to turn on the printer.
   If the error message persists after turning the printer off and back on, contact HP Customer Support for additional troubleshooting.
