HP LaserJet Enterprise, HP OfficeJet Enterprise, HP PageWide Enterprise - 99.05.67 and 99.05.68 Errors

When a 99.05.67 or a 99.05.68 error displays on the printer control panel, it indicates that there is a firmware installation issue.

Turn the printer off, and then back on to clear the error.

Reload the firmware. Current firmware can be downloaded from HP.com using a USB flash drive and the Preboot Menu.
