HP Color LaserJet CP5225 Printer Series - 10.9531 Error is Displayed on the Control Panel

Issue
The control panel displays a 10.9531 Error. There is no instruction on what to do to clear the error and the product appears to be hung (nonresponsive). It can occur while installing the new unit.
Solution
The Toner Collection Unit (TCU) door on the back of the printer is not fully closed (figure 1).
Open and close the door completely to clear the error message.
  1. Open the toner collection unit access door (callout 1) on the product back side.
  2. Close the door, ensuring the rear left corner (callout 2) is firmly seated.
