Print a Self-Test Diagnostic Page to help diagnose printing problems. This reportprovides valuable information if you need to call HP Customer Support. You canalso use this report to check on the approximate percentage of ink remaining in the inkcartridges.

Printing the self-test diagnostic page

Follow the instructions below to print the Self-Test Diagnostic Page:
  1. Press the Setup button.
  2. Press to select Print Report and then press OK.
  3. Self-Test Report is selected. Press OK and the self-test diagnostic page prints.
