HP Designjet EFI Designer Edition RIP - File Format not Recognized

Issue:
The error file format not recognized is displayed in the RIP software.
note:
The error messages displayed in the program window are preceded by the word "input," "color," "print," or "port" to indicate at which stage of processing the problem occurred.
Solution
Load a file format that can be processed in EFI Designer Edition.
Cause
The file format of the job that is loaded is not supported by EFI Designer Edition.
