HP Enterprise Color MFP, HP Managed Color MFP - Color Engine Cycle counts do not increment with HP FutureSmart firmware version 5.1

Color Engine Cycle counts not incrementing
After upgrading the firmware on an HP Enterprise Color MFP or HP Managed Color MFP to HP FutureSmart 5.1, the Color Engine Cycle counts are not incrementing on the configuration page when color copies are made from the ADF or flatbed.
Solution
Upgrade the firmware to HP FutureSmart firmware version 5.1.0.1 (or newer) available from HP.com. For a list of products with links to the download pages, go to the Latest Firmware Versions support document.
Workaround(s)
HP Color LaserJet MFP M480, E47528
Color Engine Cycle counts are not weighted for billing for these products as indicated on the Configuration page. The Usage Page Counts are weighted for billing and are what HP uses for page counting and device billing.

Do not downgrade the firmware.

Use the Usage Page Color counts as a temporary workaround to count color copy pages printed. The Usage Page Color counts are not impacted by this issue.
All other HP Enterprise or HP Managed color MFPs
