RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, perform the following procedures.
  1. Restore Windows 10 OS using "Automatic Repair > Advanced Options > System Restore" or HP Recovery OS DVD.
  2. Install KB3097617 at .
  3. Install HP Drive Encryption Software.
