HP iPAQ 310 Travel Companion - Trouble Navigating to a Contact

Issue:
Cannot navigate to a contact after syncing it to device or manually entering it into device
Solution
If having trouble Navigating to a Contacts Address, try the following:
  1. On the Main Screen Tap Contacts
  2. Select Contact you wish to Navigate to
  3. Where the Home Address has been entered there should either be a Green Check Mark icon or a Red “X” icon beside it
    • If there is a Green CheckMark icon this means the address is found
    • If there is a Red “X”icon this means that the entered address Could Not be found on the map
  4. If a Red “X” icon appears the address you entered is probably wrong
  5. Make sure the address entered is the Exact address that person lives at
  6. The following examples are ways in which an Address entered wrong will Not show up on the map for a Contacts Address
    • Putting Cedar Street when the streets name is Cedar St. and vise versa
    • Putting Segun Drive when the streets name is Segun Dr. and vise versa
  7. Finally, make sure to enter the Street address exactly or you will experience a Red “X” next to the contact address
