Solution one: Make sure that paper is loaded correctly
If you already loaded paper, make sure it is correctly loaded according to the following steps.

-
If these steps resolved the issue, you do not need to continue troubleshooting.
-
If the issue persists, continue to the next solution.
Solution two: Make sure only one type of paper is loaded
-
Remove the paper from the input tray.
-
Stack the paper against a flat surface to make sure it is all the same size and same type. Remove any sheets of paper that are a different size or different type.
-
Make sure that the paper is not bent, curled, wrinkled, or torn.
-
Reload the paper into the paper tray, and then try printing again.
-
If these steps resolved the issue, you do not need to continue troubleshooting.
-
If the issue persists, continue to the next solution.

Examine the end of the folded paper that contains the vertical lines. You should be able to see the single and double lines through the paper. The single line from the top of the page falls directly above the left line from the bottom of the page if the product is within skew tolerance.
