DESCRIPTION
The computer stops responding (crashes) and a blue screen is displayed intermittently (about every 5 to 10 minutes). This occurs after updating the BIOS to F.19. No specific error code is displayed on the blue screen.

  1. Click on the plus sign (+) to expand the BIOS section.
  2. Select the latest version of the BIOS.
  3. Click Details under the SoftPaq title for installation instructions.
