Tip: Your latest shipment may have already arrived. Look around your home or office for recently delivered ink.
Larger cartridges keep shipping costs low and reduce environmental impact.
Tip: Instant Ink cartridges may look different, but they will fit your printer and last longer than store-bought ones.

Use the My Account panel in your Instant Ink account to review and edit your billing address, credit card details, and other payment information.

Tip: Make sure your printer is powered on and connected to the internet – even overnight – to receive uninterrupted Instant Ink.
Sleep mode saves energy and keeps you connected. When you aren’t using your printer, it automatically enters sleep mode. This allows it to conserve energy and update the ink level in your account.
Do you need help connecting your printer to HP?
If you are no longer able to print, check your wi-fi connection first.
Tip: There are two kinds of connectivity that can affect your printer: connecting externally to HP services (internet), and connecting your printer to your wireless router (wi-fi)
