The export of records saves email, fax, or user records from the HP Digital Sender Flow 8500 fn2 Document Capture Workstation into a comma-separated value (CSV) file on a computer. The CSV format is a common data format that is often used to transfer data between database programs and products.
When you have generated the CSV file, add related information, such as shared folders, to contacts.

Using the top navigation tabs in the EWS, click Scan/Digital Send.

In the left navigation pane, click Contacts.

Under the Manage Address Books heading in the right pane, click the Export button.

Select the check boxes next to the objects you want to export. If the file was encrypted, enter the encryption key. The following choices area available:

Address Books
-
Fax Speed Dials

User Access Code List

Click the Export button in the lower-right corner of the page.

Click the CSV file that appears in the lower-left corner to open.

In the CSV file, add the desired information to the appropriate columns.
Possible additions:

Save the edited file.
