DESCRIPTION
After users change a setting for Pen's Click or Eraser to Applications such as Sticky Notes, Sketchpad, or Screen Sketch in HP Create Control Panel, the system may not be able to open the application when clicking pen or using eraser button when Windows Ink Workspace is running.

RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, close the Windows Ink workspace and then retry the pen or eraser button again. Alternatively, the users can open the application using the Start menu/screen, pin shortcuts to the taskbar, or Cortana.
