DESCRIPTION
Sound is heard on both the presenter's and receiver's speakers during a remote presentation. The sound should only play from the receiver's speakers during the presentation. This occurs when using the VIVI or MirrorOP wireless presentation apps.
NOTE: Commercial platforms manufactured in 2015, 2016 and later equipped with Conexant ISST Audio device may be affected by this issue.

RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, perform the following steps to disable Hardware Acceleration on the audio device.
NOTE: The steps to workaround this issue only need to be applied to the presenter's computer.
  1. Close the presenter application.
  2. Right-click the audio icon in the system tray.
  3. Select Playback devices.

  4. Select Speakers, then click the Properties button.

  5. Select the Advanced tab.
    Uncheck Allow hardware acceleration of audio on this device.

  6. Select Apply, then click OK.
  7. Restart the presenter application.
