OMEN by HP 15-Ax100, 17-W100 Laptop and OMEN X by HP Desktop 870-299, 900-099 Series PCs - SteelSeries Engine Software Cannot Be Installed After Performing Windows 10 Upgrades

The SteelSeries Engine software cannot be installed after upgrading to the Windows 10 November update (TH2) and the Windows 10 Anniversary update (RS1). This issue occurs on SteelSeries Engine software v3.8.0, B,2 if the computer is idle for 1 hour or more.
