This document applies to HP All-in-One and notebook computers.
The computer display or touchscreen is not working as expected:
  • The touchscreen is not responding to touch or is responding inaccurately.
  • The display has horizontal or vertical lines, is blurry or fuzzy, or flashes intermittently.
  • You are having trouble connecting the computer to multiple monitors, a TV, or a projector.
