HP Stream Tablets - Low Disk Space After Upgrading to Windows 10
After upgrading the tablet to Windows 10 the available hard drive space may be low. This occurs because the Windows 10 installation stores a copy of the Windows 8.1 image on the hard drive for up to 31 days to enable the Go Back feature.
Set a Restore Point
If you want to keep Windows 10, you can free available hard drive space on your tablet by setting a restore point in Control Panel. This removes the previous version Windows files from the hard drive.
caution:Setting a restore point in settings will disable the Go Back feature, and you will need to use the recovery media provided by HP if you want to return the tablet to Windows 8.1.
Search for Restore Point in the search box and click Create a Restore Point.
Enter a name for the restore point and click Ok.
