HP Products - Where Do I Find Windows 10 Drivers and Software for My Model?

This document is for HP products that do not have drivers or software updates on hp.com for Windows 10.
For most customers, Windows Update will automatically load the correct drivers when you upgrade. If you were not connected to the Internet during the upgrade, Windows Update will download the correct available drivers within the first 24 hours of use. Once the updates have been installed, you may have to restart the computer for those updates to take effect. To accelerate the automatic updates, there are a couple of steps you can take to check for the latest drivers. First, you can manually check Windows Update in Windows 10. If no updates are available, you can check specific devices in Device Manager to see if a more recent driver is available. You can download available drivers from HP.com if you are still having problems with a specific device.
Can I revert back to my previous operating system?
If after upgrading to Windows 10 you have decided that the experience does not meet your expectation, there are a few ways to revert back to the operating system you upgraded from. Please read each item carefully before determining your recovery option as the condition of your operating system and data will vary based on your selection.
