DETAILS OF CHANGE
  • Improved the security of the UEFI code and variables. HP strongly recommends promptly transitioning to this updated BIOS version which supersedes all previous releases. NOTE: Due to security changes, after this BIOS update is installed, previous versions cannot be reinstalled.
  • Fixed an intermittent issue where the Intel AMT SOL port may disappear after running it.
  • Corrected language translations in F10 (BIOS) Setup for the Japanese language.
  • Corrected reported UEFI version to display 2.3.1.
  • Fixed an issue where the BIOS auto-crisis recovery may not run again after recovery has been completed.
  • Fixed an intermittent issue where the computer may auto power on after entering Hibernation on computers with certain WWAN cards.
  • Fixed an issue where the computer fails to UEFI PXE boot if secure boot is enabled in the F10 (BIOS) Setup.
  • Fixed an issue where the Bluetooth status reported incorrectly in the HP Connection Manager application.
