To begin enjoying the benefits of HP JetAdvantage On Demand, an HP representative or an HP JetAdvantage On Demand administrator needs to create a user account.
note:If an HP representative creates a company account, the contact person for the company automatically becomes the HP JetAdvantage On Demand administrator for the company, so be sure to choose a contact person who is comfortable with administrative duties such as activating user accounts.
Once an HP representative or HP JetAdvantage On Demand administrator creates a user account, an email will be sent with a user name and a link to set a password. The activation email looks similar to this example:

From the activation email, click the Activate Your New Account link. The HP JetAdvantage On Demand web site opens in a web browser window.

Type a New password, and then type the same password again into the Confirm your new password text field. The new password:

Must be at least 8 characters

Must contain at least 1 UPPER CASE character

Must contain at least 1 lower case character

Must contain at least 1 number or special character

Must have no white space

Click the box to agree to the Terms of Use, and then click Activate. Your account is activated and you can now log into your HP JetAdvantage On Demand account with the new password.
