HP LaserJet Enterprise MFP M630 - Replace the staple cartridge

Introduction

If the stapler runs out of staples, jobs continue to print to the stapler/stacker, but they are not stapled.

To purchase staple cartridges, go to the HP Parts Store at www.hp.com/buy/parts.

Remove and replace the staple cartridge

Press the release latch, and then slide the stapling mailbox away from the product.

Press the latch to release the stapler door.

Open the stapler door.

Lift the green tab on the staple cartridge up, and then pull the staple cartridge straight out.

Insert the new staple cartridge into the stapler and push down on the green handle until it snaps into place.

Slide the stapling mailbox toward the product until it latches in place.
