Clicking Rate this computer generates this error:

RESOLUTION
Resolve the issue by adjusting the Graphics Setting to Power saving mode for the Windows System Assessment Tool.
  1. Right-click the desktop.
  2. Select Configure Switchable Graphics (opens AMD Catalyst Control Center).
  3. Uncheck Show only applications found on this system.
  4. Search for "winsat".
  5. Change the Graphics Setting to Power saving mode.
  6. Close the AMD Catalyst Control Center.
  7. Rate this Computer (Figure 1) should work.
