Introduction
Loading plain paper
Follow these steps to load plain paper in the printer.

Lift the paper tray.Figure : Lift the paper tray

Lower the output tray, and then pull out the output tray extender.Figure : Lower the output tray

Slide the paper width guide to its outermost position.Figure : Slide out the paper width guide

Load clean, white paper in the input tray with the short edge forward and the print side up.Figure : Load paper in the input tray

Slide the paper width guide to the right until it stops at the edge of the paper but does not bend the paper.Figure : Slide the paper width guide against the paper
Loading photo paper
Follow these steps to load photo paper in the printer.

Load photo paper in the input tray with the short edge forward and the print side up. If the photo paper you want to use has perforated tabs, load the paper with the tabs on top.Figure : Load photo paper in the input tray

Slide the paper width guide to the right until it stops at the edge of the paper but does not bend the paper.
Loading envelopes
You can load one or more envelopes in the tray. Do not use
shiny or embossed envelopes or envelopes that have clasps or windows.

Slide the paper width guide to its outermost position.Figure : Slide out the paper width guide

Insert one or more envelopes into the far right side of the input tray. Slide the envelopes down until they stop.Make sure that the side of the envelope to be printed on faces up. The flap should be on the left and face the input tray.

Slide the paper width guide to the right until it stops at the edge of the envelopes but does not bend them.Figure : Load the envelopes and adjust the paper width guide
